INGREDIENTS
• Smoke fish( wash two times to remove the salt)
• Habanero/ hot pepper(suggest three bags or more)
• 4 bell pepper to Increase the flavor.
• 2 onions
SEASONING
• 1 tbsp salt
• 6 packet of goya sazon cilantro.
• Two (2) maggi crevette shrimp/
• 2 tbsp chicken buillon
• 2 maggi star crayfish/ Nigerian maggi.
• 2 knorr cubes
• 2 tbsp of badia complete seasoning.
•2 tbsp of lawry’s all purpose chicken seasoning.
1 cup of oil
Steps: Fry the smoked fish 1-3 minute Fry the blended sauce into the same oil for 5-10 minute before adding the seasoning Let it cook for about 10 minutes before adding the blended smoke fish Continue to stir and put your stove on medium-low heat at this time. Once the water is completely dry, you’re ready to serve and store your pepper sauce Liberian pepper sauce adds a lot of spice to just about anything you prepare.
